Personal Items

• Complete Change of Clothes (pants/shorts/skirt, shirt, underwear, socks)
• Reusable Water Bottle 
• Crib Sheet (for rest time cot - all students in the full day program will rest a minimum of 1 hour)
• Small Toddler/Travel Blanket (no comforters, sleeping bags, or mats)
• Small Pillow (no large pillows or pillow pets)
• One Small Sleeping Buddy/Stuffed Animal (no hard toys, no binkies)

**All children in the full-day tuition-based program must be independent in toileting. Children who need pull-ups during rest time only will be accommodated in our full-day program. The parent must provide rest time pull ups.

**All children in the half-day tuition-based program must be independent in toileting and/or working on toileting before attending our program. Children who have started toileting training at home and who use pull-ups during the school day can be accommodated in our half-day program, and pull-ups must be provided by the parent.

It is our goal to accommodate all students during our full and/or half day program in regards to medical needs.

Children with a medical action plan must have a plan on file, have all needed medication for school, and meet with the school nurse before the first day of school.

All medications administered at school require a medication authorization form. This form must be completed by the parent and kept on file with the nurse and the Early Childhood Center Office.

All medication must be marked with the child's name and in the original package with the doctor's prescribed instructions on the package. Children may not keep medication in their backpacks in the classroom at any time.

Over-the-counter medication from home may not be sent to school or administered at the Early Childhood Center. Only prescription medication can be administered.
 

Bayless Early Childhood Center purchases all breakfast, snack, and lunch food products.

Outside Food may not be brought into the center at any time, this includes birthdays and/or class parties (accommodations may apply).

Food Allergies will be accommodated. A food allergy action plan signed by a medical provider must be on file with the School Nurse and in the Early Childhood Office. A meeting with the School Nurse and Early Childhood Principal must occur before the child's first day of school if they have a food allergy.

Food Preferences (i.e. religious, lifestyle, sensory, etc.) will be accommodated and require a meeting with the Early Childhood Principal before accommodations are made.
