2024-2025 Registration

  • After you fill out the google form at the link below, you will be contacted within one business day regarding your program request.
  • After a spot has been offered to you, you will have two weeks to complete the registration paperwork and pay the registration fee, snack fee, and enrollment fee.
  • Meet the Teacher Night information and welcome information will be emailed in August.

Children must be three July 31, 2024 to register for the Bayless Early Childhood Program. Bayless encourages interested families to apply as soon as possible. Spaces are limited.

Children must be independent in toileting (no diapers or pull ups) to attend the full day tuition based program.

In-person registration appointments will be scheduled with all families enrolling.

Enrollment Checklist

The following documents can be collected while you wait for your appointment to be scheduled:

  • Birth Certificate (original)
  • Physical and Immunization Record
  • Parent/Guardian Photo ID
  • Proof of Income (Current Tax Return)
  • Proof of Residency (Government Documents/ Utility Bill/Rental Agreement/Mortgage Statement)
  • $50 Registration Fee (due annually; non-refundable)
  • $100 Snack Fee (due annually; non-refundable)
  • Enrollment Fee* (non-refundable)

*Early Registration (before July 31, 2024) - 50% of the first month's tuition is due and is NON-REFUNDABLE.
*Late Registration (after July 31, 2024) - 100% of the first month's tuition is due at the time of registration and is NON-REFUNDABLE.

2024-2025 Priority Enrollment Information

The enrollment priority order listed below will be used through June 28, 2024.  Beginning July 1, all spots still available will be offered to non-residents on the waiting list.

Enrollment is determined in the following order:
1. Returning families
2. Bayless School District Residents enrolled in the Bayless Parents as Teachers Program
3. Bayless School District Residents not enrolled in the Bayless Parents as Teachers Program
4. Bayless School District Staff
5. Non-Residents (if spaces still remain)
